Update docs when code changes affect onboarding, architecture, integrations, cronjobs, operational runbooks, deployment, or project boundaries.

Keep documentation close to the project owner section:

• Shared concepts go under content/platform or content/onboarding.
• Logidav-specific material goes under content/projects/logidav.
• Magento-specific material goes under content/projects/menzzo-magento.
• Chatbot-specific material goes under content/projects/menzzo-chatbot.
• Media tooling goes under content/projects/media-tools.
