Wayfair
Wayfair uses SFTP files for order intake and inventory publication. The service also generates an ASN/shipment file when a Wayfair sale is shipped.

The order mapping stores the raw Wayfair data in wayfair_order_info and sets the sale shipping method to the source’s real Wayfair method. Product lines use store-3 product price and the imported quantity.
Stock and shipment behavior
Inventory rows use product EAN as the Wayfair item number. The source derives discontinuation from local is_active; the file is written locally before the SFTP upload path is used. The shipment path generates a provider tracking value, item/quantity rows, and an ASN file under the local data directory before sending it to the remote shipments path.
What remains unknown
- Whether the provider consumes every generated file and returns an acknowledgement.
- Which local temporary files are retained or cleaned up.
- Which Wayfair stores and schedules are active.
- Whether EAN resolution covers all live catalog items.
